WELCOME TO THE AU PAIR COMPANY WEBSITE - a user friendly, UK-based company, matching families with aupairs since 2004. 

FREE REGISTRATION:  Register now to create your own aupair or family profile.  It’s free.  It’s quick.  It’s easy.  You can detail bespoke requirements, upload a photo, hide your profile and use the advanced search facility to fine-tune your requirements, helping find your ideal aupair or family.

PAID MEMBERSHIP:  A one-off membership fee of £35 will unlock access to all contact details on the website, so families can contact aupairs and aupairs can contact families direct.  Membership lasts for 100 days.  Members also enjoy access to a UK telephone helpline, and access to the UK’s leading overseas CRB checking and background reference service.

OVERSEAS CRIMINAL RECORD CHECKS:  If you are recruiting an aupair from overseas or an au pair from the UK who has spent time abroad a UK CRB check will not provide criminal information while they have been abroad making the check meaningless in many circumstances. Now families are able to obtain International Criminal Record and Background Reference checks prior to hiring an aupair.

VISA REQUIREMENTS:  The Home Office website  gives the latest information regarding current entry requirements for prospective au pairs to the UK.  Aupairs should always arrange their own visas and check specific requirements if working outside the EU. 

AU PAIR SAFETY:  Aupairs should make contact through a landline, not just via mobiles.  Au pairs should never send money in advance to anyone for either travel or visas.
